HTC One X stuck during update? Here's why!

If your phone is stuck on the update screen and is seeming to do nothing, chances are that it's connected to a power source and is charging. All you have to do is detach  the power cable and the phone will restart and update the applications!

Not sure whether this is the case with all ICS (Icecream Sandwich, Android 4) devices. If your phone gets stuck, try unplugging it from the power source.

Sigh, just hit this when I just tried to update my HTC One X+ that I bought today, thought it had hung. You'd think HTC would have fixed this by now, a year later. Otherwise, a fantastic device, :) but only had it for an hour.

I have a problem
"I had rooted my HTC ONE X a month ago and exactly a week before i got a message saying official update available Android 4.2.2 i was very excited and gave it a try, to my bad luck, during half way of the update my wifi connection went off and ever since my Htc phone would not come on, it only shows the bootloader but can do nothing at all.Please advise,Thanx in advance

Thanks to everyone. Glad I could help :)
@Ranesh
I think the only way is to flash your phone again. It's better to take it to a service center.
